Looking at the 2 different versions of this popular casino game made me wonder, why 2? Well the ‘Pro’ version is brand new – and while the slick graphics and extra features will appeal to a lot of players, the existing wheel was pretty good to. Importantly a lot of regular players will have gotten used to the ‘old’ game and be perfectly happy playing there (it still looks great after all). So, why disappoint your regulars when they will find their own way to the new game soon enough – all in all this is nice thinking from Party Casino!

European Roulette At Party Casino – Overview Of Each Game

I’ll start with the older version, simply marked as ‘European Roulette’ in the lobby under table games. This is a pretty decent game and one of the more popular casino games too. When you first see the game the wheel looks kind of small and cramped into the top left corner – it is only once you place your bets and spin the wheel that you actually realize that a full-screen table appears while the ball is spinning, retuning to the betting layout once your wins have been paid.

The older game has a max bet of 500 and both the traditional numbers grid (with odd / even, 12’s and color bets + column bets) and the ‘racetrack’ setup for the more exotic bets including the series, orphelins and neighbors bets.

With smooth animation, decent graphics and sound + a range of rebetting options, this was already a great game…

And then Party Casino came along and blew it out of the water with their ‘pro’ version!!

European Roulette Pro looks amazing. Everything is in one place, and the 3d effect works well. I love the new sounds (including the lovely British lady congratulating me on my wins!) and the betting options are just so much smoother too.

To save space the ‘racetrack’ betting oval is tucked away between the grid and the wheel, you click the racetrack sign and this will slide out. There are 8 separate ‘save’ buttons at the bottom of the screen too, these save your betting layouts – a really handy feature especially if like me you sometimes like to go large and other times keep the betting smaller or spread yourself thinner.

Max bets have improved in the new version to, high rollers will benefit from up to $200 on the 35:1 shot numbers and $4,000 on the 1-to-1 shots like black / red or odd / even. Winning numbers are displayed on the left hand side and you’ll have access to statistics and game options too.

I would personally not even consider playing online roulette anywhere else!!
