Lootenkhamun us a cartoon parody of the 18th century explorers who were uncovering Egyptian tombs filled with gold and gems. This is a 5 reel video lot with 3 symbols showing from each reel. Instead of lines it is a “anywhere wins’ system, where all the symbols connected to each other in any way – this is automatically highlighted each time you win, so you will soon get used to it.

With the anywhere win you choose your total bet amount, rather than bets per line, the spin is triggered by pulling the beard of the sarcophagus. In addition to the card symbols, pyramids, sphinxes etc there are hieroglyphics which trigger the bonus round (see below).

Wins start with the cards, 3x 9’s pay 0.1x your total bet (5 of them may 2x your total) 3 and 5 aces pay 0.8 times and 12 times your total bet. The bigger payouts come from the Egypt symbols 5 sarcophaguses paying 25 times your bet, and 5 money totems paying 500 times your total bet.

Add to this the wild ‘Lootenkhamun’ symbols and scattered hieroglyphics and there are a lot of ways to win!

One of the things I like about this slot is that there are a lot of smaller wins to keep you going while you are waiting for the free spins round or special bonus round.
