Review Of Lucky Star Roulette Type Numbers Game At Party Casino

I love innovations, and with so many casino games based on the same old themes – Lucky Star was actually a refreshing change. The logo said that this was roulette as if it had been invented in the East – and you know, for once they were right… It feels like roulette, there are a number of bets at different odds which give it a roulette-like experience and, well, the Eastern theme is plain to see.

Gameplay is very much like roulette, though the layout is a complex star shape (you can click the small screenshot to the right to get a bigger version). You start by choosing your chip size, starting with $1 and going up to $500, you then click on numbers on the track for individual spots – or place them on the beige board on the left hand side.

Different numbers appear different amounts of time – making the winning odds change. When you hover over each number, the green crystal in the center of the screen will light up, telling you the odds for that bet. For example, the numbers 3 and 6 are 44-to-1 and the number 1 is 22-to-1.

You can choose to take all of a certain number at the top of the left hand board, again the odds for each are highlighted as you hover. There is also an in / out bet (for the inside of the star shape and outside), a high / low bet and you can go odd / even and black / red too. Unique to this game are some ‘line bets’ these are represented by the Chinese characters towards the bottom of the board and pay 3.95-to-1.

Once you settle on a betting combination then simply click the ‘repeat’ button before the 'bet' one – easy!
